Went to Emerg three times with a bladder infection issue. Finally the third time I was seen my DR.Cooper and not only was she the first person to genuinely listen to me, she was the first person to examine me. She set out three different courses of action to take for my issue. I really felt cared for and only wish she was my doctor regularly.
