Let's be real people... nowhere else on the planet will you find a more punctual and efficient doctor. He really cares and takes the time to explain things. If you don't ask questions, he politely excuses himself.a

Always seems to be in a rush to get me out of his office. I don’t know if he listens to me. Very good at referrals to other caregivers and technicians (life labs & Madrona imaging). I have thought of changing but have committed to sticking it out hoping to convince him to be more attentive to my questions and needs.

As soon as diagnosis and prescription are given, the patient is dismissed by his standing up. There is no time given to the patient to ask questions. A cold mechanical behaviour

I was fortunate to have Dr Olivier take me on when my doctor left Nanaimo. He is very knowledgable & caring. I am very pleased with him & would not care to have another family doctor.

Dr. Olivier took the time to explain and draw a diagram to explain my sons condition, we just saw him as a walk in client, but would love to see him more regularly!

Our family of four are extremely pleased with Dr. Olivier. Always on time, polite and pleasant, very knowledgeable, generous with referrals if required. We are grateful that he accepted us as his patients.

With his hurried method of getting patients in and out of his office he tends not to hear what the patient is describing as his symptoms & makes false diagnosis - then feeling much worse the person is taken to the ER and the doctors there discover he has a life threatening disease which if had been treated earlier could have been treated more successfully..
