Dr. Phillips took care of our mother for almost twenty years while she lived in Penticton. You will not find a kinder, more caring doctor anywhere. He went above and beyond in caring for her and easing our concerns as her family. I can't say enough about this amazing doctor.

he took me when no other would in penticton and is the greatest doctor i have ever seen, been his patient for 5 yrs now, my whole family sees him and we couldn't be happier

He is such a wonderful doctor. Gives undivided attention, is caring, and not hestitant to give you alternatives for treatment. Very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Not enough words to describe how wonderful he is, in treating my ailments and issues.

Dr. Phillips is a very companionate doctor. People fail to understand that when a doctor is late it is not because he is teeing off at the 9th hole. Dr. Phillips never makes you feel un-important or that he is in a rushing you. I am, thrilled to have him as my doctor.

Staff at counter could be more friendly and When recpetion is on phone have the conversation a bit more private.
