Dr Surkan is a world class Dr. Very knowledgeable. I moved here from Vancouver and see a number of specialists at St Paul's. He works well with them and also suggested the same tests they did and hit everything bang on the same as they did. I feel I am in good expert, experienced hands with him.

Doesn't seem to care about people. He is in and out and makes rude comments, sexual or racist!
