Dr. Journeau gets behind because she is caring and kind. Wonderfully friendly and competent. Best colonoscopy I ever had!

Very caring and wonderful beside manner. Wonderful in emergency room. Very poor at keeping appointments. Many delays. Even though I was left waiting for long periods of time the staff never helped.

Dr Journeau is one of the few specialists that takes time to explain things and have a discussion about the procedure. She also takes a real interest about you as a person.

wouldn't recommend for surgery at all. She may know what she is doing , but she has terrible bed side manners and comes across as though she really doesn't care about her patients after surgery
