Listens to a lot of hearsay with no facts. 3 children taken to him-all special needs. Wrong diagnoses of each child. Did not test one for autism at appropriate age of 4. When child's GP suspected HFA at 12 Moisey did his best to speak behind the scenes to affect diagnoses of all children. Very poor care of each child. Godhead attitude, can never be wrong. Very happy to hear he is retired.
