Got him on the phone with telehealth BC. He was thorough, kind, patient, knowledgeable and had a sense of humour. Made me feel a lot better about my predicament and gave some great advice about circumventing wait times at my local Urgent Care center.

On 25 of July 2018 I came to Emergency at VGH because of blood in my urine. Dr. Bijlsma examined me. I found him very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about my problem and very caring. Would recommend him any patient. Also I thank him for solving my problem.
