Both Dr. Aota and the Admin staff are personable, professional and curtious. I NEVER feel rushed with Dr.Aota. She is a great listener,insightful,extremely thorough and genuinely cares. I now live in "The Burbs" but since I feel like I have to best GP I could hope for, the drive is certainly worth it!

Dr. Aota is always punctual and yet I never feel rushed. We have been going to her practice for about 15 years and I feel well taken care of.

Agood Doctor is so very important. Dr Aota is the best.Always attentive and very caring. She has been my Dr since she came to the Practice in Vancouver and I would not change her for anything.

Dr. Aota is a caring and knowledgeable family practitioner who somehow never makes you feel like she is rushing you along. She has obviously chosen to see fewer patients in order to give them the attention they require. Her admins are brisk and efficient, but pleasant. We haven't had a single cause for complaint in the 15 years we've had her as our GP.

I first saw Dr. Aota in a clinic in Metrotown, Burnaby before she got her own practice on West Broadway. Even though I lived in Burnaby, I continued to go to her because I really liked her way of speaking and I didn't feel rushed, and she's a good listener. But now I moved to Toronto, and I hope I can find a good doctor like her.

My children and I have been seeing Dr. Aota for over 13 years. She is an amazing doctor and extremely thorough in her care. Recently, she took on my mother as her patient. My mom has multiple health issues and Dr. Aota has had a very significant impact on her improved health and quality of living. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Dr. Aota has been our family doctor for over a decade. She's been a tremendous help to our family with a wide range of medical needs. I couldn't recommend her more strongly. We have moved quite a way out from Vancouver, but still keep her as our family doctor - she's well worth the trip in :)
