I just called today for a follow up appointment for my husband.I couldn't remember if I had already made an appointment. The staff member looked it up & said ...No I hadn't. She set up a date. And when I said yeah it says here that we were to make a follow up appointment...she responded "And that's why I told you Aug 28th at such & such a time" It was her tone of voice that was upsetting and rude. Is this the way staff employees speak to your clients?
