somewhat standoffish, no smiling, sort of stern.

He might be a top notch surgeon but his mannerism is something else, we were made to wait 35 min.to see him and he had no other patients in the waiting room or in his office, I'm sure that he is very knowledgeable but both my wife and I left more confused than when we arrived. His bedside manners is unbelievable. I have no desire to have him as a surgeon.
