Dr. Cook is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He listens and provides great advice. I hope he has no plans to retire anytime soon.

Dr.Cook,accurate diagnosis, quick , professional and direct!Has the best receptionist I ever met, (name is Barbara), whom is important as she is compassionate and professional, and Dr. Cook saved my life by solving my mental status accurately!.
