She cares deeply, takes time to explain and answer questions (hence issue with punctuality) so we don't mind having to wait a bit knowing that she gives us her full attention and loving care once we are in the room!

Amazing. She cares, she knows exactly what to do and she is strong and no nonsense. I wish I'd had her as a doctor twenty years ago, I wouldn't have had the health issues I've been dealing with if I had.
