Great Doctor as she pays attention to details, and immediately takes actions to help. She is also polite, but gets to the point to help.

Dr. Schuurman is a great doctor. Her staff have gotten a lot more friendly towards me over the years. They used to be quite rude and because she takes walk-in's in between appointments the wait can be long. I have contimplated getting a new doctor but her knowledge and eagerness to make this better is worth the wait.
