Sent my rating in 2 times but have not seen mine showing up so I'm trying again because when Dr Russell left it was to fight for her life so she could return and continue taking care of all her patients lives !

I get very frustrated trying to call into Dr Russell. I have just tried to cancel/resched an appt but am getting only the Sept holiday voice mail. always have hard time getting through on the phone.

Dr. Russell has always given us excellent advice, diagnosis and does not hesitate to refer patients to specialists. I have never had a problem with her staff and I have seen and heard patients try to get their way only to be politely told no. I have been seeing Dr. Russell for about 10 years and hope to keep the streak going for quite a few years more!

Dr. Russell is a very sincere person and always presents with her gentle attitude. She is my new family physician and would love to stay with her.

Excellent doctor, not always on time but never rushes through your appointment either. Best doctor I've ever had, very thorough. I would highly recommend her, I've been her patient for over 7 years and plan to stay even though I no longer live in the area.
