Was never able to book extra appt even tho he said it was always possible in an emergency. Ongoing appointments always covered short dialogue with no help for me. Offered no solutions or advice, no meds, I would have switched drs if possible. No wonder practice is not at full practice level.

dr. Van der Lugt is extremely helpful present and aware. He applies life skills and common sense with his compassionate treatment to his patient. I felt respected and gained alot of insight from Dr. Van Der Lugt. We are very fortunate to have such a highly rated and skilled professional in East Kootenays. He heals peoples lives and is a phenomenal Doctor. very very professional and so so helpful. he changes peoples lives for the good so well.
