I'm 71 now and over all these years he is only 1 of 2 DRs I'm able to say he has the highest regard for his patience, thorough in his examination, friendly, and very compassionate. Cranbrook is better having this man in our community.

Although Dr. Joubert seems to care he never returns phone calls with results of lab work, he does not follows through with ordering tests. The patient has to keep phoning, or make a second appointment to see if he has followed through.

He was simply amazing with my elderly father. I don't know who felt worse my Father or Dr. Joubert when he had to take our fathers drivers lic. He was very caring, very respectful and took the time to really listen. Cranbrook is very luckily to have such a wonderful dr. taking care of them.

I had Doctor Lowden for 20 years, when Doctor Joubert took over the transition was smooth. He is a wonderful caring Doctor, that takes the time to know you and does a very thorough job!!

He is very clear and consice, he makes things easy to understand, and is especially patient with my elderly grandmother!
