I have never had to wait long in the waiting area before being able to see Dr. Pretorious. He is concerned about my issues and answers all my questions thoroughly. My only "complaint" would have to be the coolness of his receptionist. She is very competent, proficient in her duties and makes sure all the necessary paperwork is in order but she is very difficult to communicate with as a person. It would be a better experience if she were to actually look at the client when she is talking to them, rather than always looking at the computer screens. A small complaint as this definitely does not interefere with the actual medical needs supplied by the clinic.

Dr. Pretorius is a real professional caring and a great communicator. He is friendly and if he doesnt have the answer he will found it out. He is not afraid to send u to specialist.
