Difficult to get in to when half the time, the answering machine picks up the phone and you can't leave a message. When you can get in, it's brief and he doesn't stay aware of your personal file so you have to constantly remind him. Very casual guy. Takes time off when he feels like it without notifying clients and does not bring in a doctor in his stead... But when he does try and do something, he does take the time to explain step by step.
