Interupted three times in 45mins with cell phone calls, two from hospital or nurse for other patent problems, once for personal bussiness, ICBC referal, not that great an experance for a professional. the receptionast was not helpful and was almost secreative as to how i could get a copy of the Drs report for my own Dr, in fact i was told that because ICBC was paying for the exam/consult i or my Dr may kot be privlaged to the report compiled by Dr McCann. she was rude and arrogant, was more into a conversation with a friend than providing me or the other two patents with info.
