Dr. Schuster is a reliable, professional, stable support, at least for me, last 10 years. She changed my life , she believed in me. She never pushed medication, but strongly suggested when needed! I was lucky to find her in time!

In Sept./2019 I came under the care of Dr.Schuster in emergency& then on McNair unit.My appreciation for her compassion & timely advice is something that has helped me regain my mental health & once again, enjoy life.

Without Dr. Schuster, I don't know if I would be here today. Dr. Schuster does not criticize, nor make you feel inadequate. She makes you feel safe and cared about and for. Lana is amazing too!

The 20-25 minute wait-which I try to counter maybe being 10 minutes late or so.&:>o-(Oh - no! I can't be late on purpose eh,for it would be the one time that the Doctor's on time!)If that's you-well, let's just say it's been done on my part for more than one time, and she is still a tad late. So my point is that as far as Punctuality goes, I have no complaints.

With the 1st question that I gave a 3 for, which means to me a score that means average, which is a fairly short wait of 15 to 25 minutes each and every time I foolishly show up on time.
