Calming, answers questions with straight forward answers and takes your concerns into consideration. Does not talk down to you because he has expertise and you don't, listens intently to patient and family and gives great advice.

Smart, strong inter-personal skills and he cares. He spends time answering questions and is well regarded. He also works at False Creek Urgent Care- seems to be where the delays are most. All in all a man with expertise, compassion and great treatment.
