I saw Dr. Hagen @ the ER. Although I didn't have a life or death emergency she understood I was in a lot of pain and was very thorough with me. She took time to explain the condition she expected and what I should & shouldn't do. It was not until the drive home did I realize she said I was overweight and old. She had done so in such a polite way that I had to giggle later at the whole conversation we had around my age & weight. Her only downfall would be that she forgot to sign my prescription.
