Hard to get an appointment. Well only see you for one thing at a time. If you need to see the doctor for more than one thing, you must make two or appointments on different days. Staff is always on the phone. They do not mine making you wait for appointment, but if your 1 second late you have to pay and book another appointment. They charge for everything they can.

Caring. If she doesn't know the answer, she says so and immediately accesses the resources and finds it. Very astute at "reading" between the lines & remembers details of past visits enabling an accurate diagnosis. Inspires confidence with her thorough exam/questions & follow-up. A great GP. Couldn't ask for better!
