Dr Kwok is a very knowledgeable Doctor, willing to listen and full of empathy ,very patient and detail ,accurate diagnosis patient illness ,know the urgent and serious problem .I rate him on of the best doctor .

I have the same experience on his money talk for several times, I just felt he could have become a specialist and get more paid if he hated his pay that much. Sometimes he is fine but sometimes he can be very grudging and refused to help. I think I am going to find another doctor.

expect to see one patient in a hurry for one sickness or one issue only, if you have more issues he will say the government is not paying him for it. In other words he wants to see as many patients as possible for the day. not very professional and ethical.
