Dr. Shen is great. She actually takes the time to get to know you and honestly tries to help you. You can ask her embarrassing questions and she will not make you feel stupid about it. I've visited some unfriendly and unhelpful doctors, and I'm really grateful that Dr. Shen can see me. Her receptionist is also friendly and appears well-composed despite the occasional hectic, fully-booked days. This is important in maintaining a positive atmosphere, especially in a doctor's office.

I've had Dr Shen as a family doctor for a long number of years and I've found her a very friendly, effective doctor. All of my issues that I've gone to her have been solved quickly and efficiently.
