At first I didn't see the warm side to Dr. Murphy but as I got to know my condition he was trying to be honest with me. Upon many subsequent visits I got to realize how caring, and warm Dr. Murphy was. Not only his bed side manner is second to none, he is very knowledgeable as a doctor. It was a honor to take his time.

Dr. Murphy has been my medical oncologist for 10 Years and I have found him to be fully committed to finding the right approach to my cancer, always keeping me informed and ready to work together with me to decide what to do next. I will miss him..

Dr. Murphy has been my oncologist for 8 years through the Fraser Valley Cancer Centre in Surrey. Dr. Murphy has always been willing to work WITH me in deciding what we need to know and do when new tumours show up. I have "indolent, folicular, B Cell, Non Hodgkins Lympoma. My experience with Dr. Murphy has always been good and I am not looking forward to his "more than well deserved" leaving the centre in June of 2012. Dennis Collet, Pitt Meadows, BC
