Dr. Rayavarapu has been my doctor for many years, she is so caring & very knowledgeable. She really cares about her patients.I would not want to have anyone else as a doctor.Her wait times are sometimes long, but I don't think that is any different from any other doctor, given the shortage of doctors.

I have had Dr. Raya for a long time she is thorough and if she doesn't know she finds out. She has sometimes a long wait time, and since pandemic i find her staff can be rude and not very helpful. The one staff i find mice there is EMILY!! She is always polite and Helpful. Tammy needs a little attitude adjustment. Since pandemic time. She use to be really good.

She has been my Doc since 1999. She is a very caring doctor. I think the staff's conduct has improved and that is because there is a certain person who is no longer there.

Dr. Rayavarapu is my favourite family doctor so far. She isn't eager to get me out like most others, she isn't forcing prescriptions every chance she gets. She listens and she cares, and is non judgemental. She is always late, but that's because she will always listen. I'm willing to wait for her. In fact, I have since relocated, and I am even willing to Travel and Then wait for her! Can't say the same about the staff; but that isn't her fault.

Phone lines are always busy. No one ever picks up. Can't make an appt. Very frustrating!

Booking an appointment is always a few days out, but she has a lot of patients. Once you're in the office, a 1/2 hr wait isn't uncommon. She is very nice and seems very competent. Helpful and eager to resolve your health issue.
