Dr. Meloche performed cholecystectomy (laproscopic gallbladder removal) on me. He made it as painless and comfortable as possible. After 2 weeks, I was able to go back to work.

I was referred to Dr Meloche for minor surgery. I found him to be friendly, engaging and quite humourous (which I appreciated). No "I'm Mr super-important-Doctor" attitude at all. Professionally, his information was clear and concise, and that and his demeanour reassured me that he knew his business.

I had surgery in Nov.2005 by Dr. Maloche. Virtually every thing that could go wrong after that, Did! However, I found him to be incredible, his knowledge, understanding of my particular circumstances, and his tremendous humor were quite uplifting. No, he didn't always have the answer that I was looking for, but when something goes wrong with how GOD made us, a mere man ( Doctor ) is not always going to have the CORRECT answer.Every operation is very serious, o I have appreciated the fact that his humor helps to lighten the load.Although he is not perfect, ( show me someone who is ) he does a phenomenal job in every situation. I must always thank him for is tremendous care!!! *****

I had life saving surgery in september 2010. I found him to be clear about the situation. My results were better than I thought they would be. Terrific surgeon. If I ever need surgery again he would be my first choice.

Uses a flippant pseudo-humourous manner which can be disconcerting to someone concerned about having surgery - 'is he joking now or serious'. I think he does this to hide his contempt for one's questions. Usual surgeon's arrogance. I'm thinking of asking for a second opinion.
