My Husband has a nerve damage hearing loss and on July 4, 2016 Dr. Westerberg operated and on August 16th. it gets turned on. We are so excited. Dr. Westerberg is fabulous. So caring, thoughtful and kind. Staff is wonderful and helpful.

Dr. Westerberg's assessment of our son--a paediatric brain tumour survivor--was far above and beyond our expectations. He is deeply caring, succinct, thorough and thoughtful. His staff honours him by behaving as he does. In 34 years of medical care for our son, we have never come across someone with his professional knowledge, deep commitment to the whole person and profound understanding of our son's challenges. St. Paul's ENT Clinic was the best medical experience our son has ever had--bar none.

Has a wonderful Caring, pleasant, approachable attitude. he gave me back my hearing and changed my life considerable. Thank God for surgeons like him.

I have now had both of my ears operated on by Dr. Westerberg. He performed a laser stapedotomy with a vein graph to restore my conductive hearing loss. Both Dr. Westerberg and Marlene, are awesome. Very caring and supportive through-out.

I have been searching for the reason for my illness for a few years and after my initial meeting with the intern Pia, who was lovely, Dr. Westerberg knew exactly what I had. Finally, some answers. Besides being knowledgeable, they were both kind and polite . No I will be returning for further testing.

Ecxellent, caring never in a rush and he is busy, listen, has a great sence of humor, calm,respectfull. To the point he is funny when he wants you to remember something he says to you so you will follow his instructions, great teacher I have seen many specialist he had trained. Wish we have more of these characteristicts in very specilized medicine

He seemed very caring . Pleasant to talk to. Treated me very well. Made me feel comfortable. Was very happy with my visit with him. Very thorough. Am glad to have met him. If I have any issues in the future I would hope to have him on my side.
